I had a very bad experience when I chose ProChoice, technician gave me a wrong diagnosis, and charged me $135.oo After 2 visits (Oct.28.2016 and Nov.01.2016) he still didn't know what's wrong with my fridge. He made me buy wrong part, and my fridge is still broken. Technician was unprofessional, but honest. He offered the whole amount back for wrong diagnosis, but the manager (Mike) he was rude, and didn't give it back. I do not recommend this company for anyone.
