Roman replied to our query immediately, came quickly, and replaced our broken door handle, deadbolt, etc., with the new one we had purchased. He explained the problem and the repair, answered our questions, and worked quickly and efficiently. He is most pleasant, courteous, skilled, and competent. He also patiently answered all of our questions and gave us excellent advice in regard to our other doors as well. He charges most fairly.
