House Renovation: First and Second Floors
We highly recommend Urban Studio for your home renovation. We renovated the entire first and second floors of our house except the kitchen and bathroom. Here are the key considerations:
1. The price quoted in the contract was firm. There were no additional costs.
2. The work was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
3. Joseph was a very good Project Manager. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and always ready to answer our questions.
We contacted three other renovation companies for the project, but Urban Studio was by far the best.
