99 North Renovations

Allowing someone into your childhood home to tear down walls and build over a lifetime of memories requires a little faith and a whole lot of trust. I am so glad I decided to work with Paul at 99 North to renovate my kitchen and remove a dividing wall. This scope had quickly increased to doing work on over half of my house, including repurposing a hallway closet, updating a bathroom and replacing the interior doors.
From the beginning, Paul would offer helpful advise, come up with creative solutions and openly discuss any issues that would come up. 99 North had provided a realistic budget which clearly identified all work that had to be done. The timeline was accurate; even with a couple of setbacks and additional work.
Through it all, Paul’s friendly disposition and continued contact made this project feel relatively stress free. I have truly enjoyed working with 99 North and wouldn’t hesitate to call Paul for any additional projects.
