Clifford did an exceptional job conducting both the 3 month and 1 year home inspection for my parents' new home. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to quickly generate and share the report with my parents and I. He was able to identify key areas the builder needed to work on. We were very pleased with his work and professional manner.

I would highly recmoment Clifford as a home inspector. I messaged him on Friday night and he was able to inspect a condo at 3pm the next day for me. He was prompt, friendly, thorough and explained everything to me. I'm a first time home buyers so the tips he provided will come in handy I'm sure. He brought his tools, machines and camera and provided a nice detailed report of everything by the next morning. He s certified and insured and really is there for you to answer any questions. We had some major renovations done and noticed some brown spots on our ceiling, we were worried about potential water leaks Since we felt the contractor was not who he said he was.....many Sleepless nights were had when we contacted Cover Your Assets Inc. Clifford came a few hours later and walked us through every step of the inspection. He took pictures measured moisture and used top of the line thermal cameras and tools. He confirmed there was water at some point however it was completely dry. We were quoted over 500 from a plumber to simply take a look....and he tried to tell us that it looked like there was a big problem. Cover Yor Assets protected us from hiring a shady plumber who was misleading us. shortly after I received a detailed report with lots of pictures for my records. I will definitely use his services again, especially when I purchase another home to make sure everything is as they say it is and my family is in a safe healthy environment. We slept much easier

Clifford came to our home in Niagara Falls Ontario and conducted a very thorough home inspection in order for us to submit our 1 year warranty report to Tarion. We were very impressed by the technology used to measure all the potential deficiencies within the home! He did a fantastic job and I feel great knowing we captured everything we needed to submit and have peace of mind that our home is in great shape 1 year post construction. Cliff of Cover Your Assets Inspections was amazing! (You should chose him based on the company name alone). He was professional, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain everything - from the RFA count in the insulation to the infrared camera used to find moisture. He went above and beyond the call of duty by initiating a appliance recall system and by offering to take questions after the inspection was completed. This should be your home inspector.

I contacted Clifford to conduct a pre-inspection on a home I wanted to purchase. He squeezed me in on short notice and was extremely professional and accommodating. I've already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. Next time I need an inspection I would call Clifford back again. His rates are very reasonable too.
