Safe yourself the aggravation and stay away from this contractor. He DID NOT complete the job! Started and needed to be paid in full and never returned to complete. When contacted about returning his responses were he will be there - and he doesn’t show up, he’s really busy and will try to get there, he’s not feeling well.
