Great customer service when I have questions regarding the equipment. Prompt responses wherever an alarm has triggered. Have had some serious concerns early on with faulty equipment where an alarm was tripped and policed came to house. I was charged by Think for false call when it was their equipment that triggered the alarm, nothing else.
