I used IB for a pre home inspection of my home and then used him again after buying a note property.
He was very thorough during the 2 visits and made sure to point our everything that would become an issue if not addressed ASAP.
On the property we were buying, the sellers wanted to check his report because they couldn’t see a leak that was mentioned. IB did go back for free at 8:30 PM and confirmed there was no leak. However, the next day, he also wanted to make sure that both water tanks were working fine and discovered that one was dead!!! Thankfully for us, he was able to come back and pinpoint this issue after the sellers did stay at their home for a couple days.
