Trip and his team did a good job and basement turned into a beautiful living space for the family. It is right on budget and pricing was reasonable. The part I like is it is a one-stop for all, Trip offered all-in-one package (no sub-contracting except carpeting), and he worked with us to solve all issues and revisions we had during the process.
The project finished with a 2-months delay and I would suggest Trip to communicate project progress frequently and keep the client in loop with any potential "surprises".
All in all we are satisfied with the work and would recommend Landco.
