Above Water

Above Water just finished waterproofing/insulating our foundation and fixing some of the parging on our house. It was by the far the largest, most extensive renovation we have done to date. Robert was amazing to deal with and the entire team did such a fantastic job from start to finish. I was especially impressed with their excavator who precisely navigated wires and pipes buried underground, and the quality of work and attention to detail by the team with waterproofing the foundation and parging our walls. Robert was extremely patient with my questions and took the time to explain everything that he was doing throughout the duration of the project. When issues arose, he provided options for resolution and provided fair prices for the unexpected work that was over and above what was quoted. Simply amazing! I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone looking for a foundation contractor/waterproofing expert.

Above Water Inc. has done work for us on two occasions, the first job a few years ago and the more recent one, this summer. In both cases, we were very satisfied with all aspects of the work done.

Robert, the owner of the company, is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of concrete and cement, and takes the time to explain the nature of the problem and what needs to be done. He and his employees operate in a very professional manner; and make sure that their work is top quality.

The work this summer included dealing with a difficult problem with a garage floor. Robert took extra time to find the best product to use for the repair, even though it was not widely available. It turned out really well.
