Horrible service. I planned my entire vacation around them coming on a Monday and Tuesday. They cancelled several appointments on me during the week and in the end the paint job doesn't look any better then my own work. I was surprised by the amount of bubbles and blisters on my wall after it dried. I'm sure they will fix this eventually but it was surprising the amount of times I've painted my house previously and not experienced the same.
The worst part of their service is the owner Chris. He sends emails when you are sleeping giving you bad news, doesn't return phone calls and when you meet him you will tell he has no personality. With all the delays he never even apologized once.
The only reason I went with this company is they painted my Moms house 8 yrs ago and did a reasonably good job. However, that was before they contracted all their work out to subcontractors. So pretty much you're paying an inflated rate for the same person you could hire for less.
