Another terrific job done and it feels like a new home.

We were referred to John and his team by my aunt. He had did a lot of work in her place and it looked fabulous. We hired John to re-do our kitchen, and paint our main level, re-do our floor in 3 main rooms in our house and remove the popcorn ceiling. He also updated our old brown 1970;s style closet doors and bedroom doors, by adding a trim to the doors and painting them white. He also reframed and put up a wall that was down from a seperate previous repair. He also goes out of his way to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. Our house looks like a brand new house and we are so happy with it. I smile everytime I wake up and look at it. We cant thank him and his absolutely amazing team enough. We highly recommend this company, I promise you, it will be one of the best decisions you make.

As the executor of my father's estates, I am preparing the house for sale. I originally contacted John to paint the whole house - walls and all the ceilings. Once we got the house empty some problems were discovered, the roof had a leak and there was some seepage on the back of the house which caused mold on the walls in one room.
Painting - Let's just say that John and his team put the Perfect in Perfect Painting. The walls were carefully repaired where needed, filling all holes and repairing a few larger holes in the walls. Everything was sanded and then primed and at least two coats of paints. The ceiling were also painted. Everything looks like new.
Other Work - The ceiling in the kitchen needed to be replaced, the popcorn ceiling was taking off and new drywall was put up. Drywall was also replaced in the room with the mold. It all Looks great now. John was able to source a bathroom vanity and installed that as well.
John is truly a professional , he keeps you informed through out the project and had lots of good advice. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend John for your project.

john was very professional and creative with rebuilding the sub floor, fixing the walls and going the extra mile in making sure that I was satisfied with everything that was being done as he went. His timeline was right on. He cleaned up at the end of everyday and took away the scrap material that was left over. I would whole heartedly recommend he and his company for any job as he seems to be a very good jack of all trades.

After reading the reviews, I can only repeat the same. John did the paint job professionally and with outmost care and respect to my home as he did this. The result was stunning and exceeded my expectations . I was so pleased that I reached out to him a second time for the installation of new baseboards and am very happy with the results. It is a good feeling when you can trust a professional in your home to get the job well done . John is prompt, reliable, and efficient. He cleans up thoroughly once the job is done and gives you peace of mind. I will use his services again and highly recommend him.

First was a bedroom I needed painted in a hurry. Then a 2- storey wallpaper stripping and painting. Then vinyl plank flooring throughout main level. Next a main bedroom ensuite reno and a laundry room t
reno. Finally, my kitchen and powder room - all done by Perfect Painting & Repair. Clean, courteous and excellent workmanship. We highly recommend them and will use them again.

After receiving quote was able to start work within a week came on time was precise in explaining what was required and how he proposed to do the work, used upgraded materials, excellent workmanship in all aspects of his work. John quoted us for ceiling repairs. We spoke to some of his previous customers for reference and they rated him highly. He came to repair ceilings but also did crown moulding repairs/caulking etc at no extra cost. We were very pleased with his work. John and his team arrived at the arranged time and they worked tirelessly to get the job done. They are prompt, honest, hard working and trustworthy. They clean up and leave the place tidy every day. We would have no hesitation in recommending John and are looking forward to the next job he is going to do for us.

Our ceiling had water damage, once calling Perfect Panting & Repair, they came the next day to see the damage and were very honest and informative. My ceiling was fixed in 2 days and I could not be happier. They were extremely personable and I cannot wait for them to help with more things around my house. During the process John is in constant contact with you to obtain your choices for materials and colours and also suggesting some of his own for your consideration. We were entirely happy with some of his choices which ended up being the better option.
