Bugs Heat Terminator Exterminators

Anyone who has had to deal with discovering bed bugs in their home knows how completely stressful it can be. Now imagine how overwhelming it would be for someone who is 90 years old. My mother had the misfortune of finding bed bugs in her apartment just before the Christmas holidays. She called me in a panic and I started the search for treatment options. There were too many choices out there, so I decided to call 2 of the larger, well known pest control companies in Toronto to start; however, neither called me back! A couple of other smaller companies I called seemed to rush me off the phone. After looking at numerous online reviews for dozens of other companies, I came across Bugs Heat
Terminator (BHT). At this point, I had been searching for a company for a couple of days and was stressed we were leaving it too close to Christmas to book a treatment. I called BHT and was relieved that someone actually answered the phone - the sales rep for BHT, Maria. Maria took her time to talk me through the process, answer all of my questions (numerous times!), and was able to book the treatment very quickly on a day and time that was convenient for my mom. I commend Maria and the BHT team for their excellent customer service, quick response time, and most importantly their ethics and compassion in taking into consideration the unique situation and needs of customers that are seniors.
