John and his team did a great job water proofing our basement, replacing our retaining wall with beautiful armor stone and our front walk way! They completed the job faster than expected. John was keeping us updated daily, overall his communication was great!

The price was fair and job was done in the timeline that was promised. I was also very impressed by the professionalism of the crew - very polite and accommodating.

I could have only wished that my wife and I had a positive experience like others did when it came to installing a fence and patio in our backyard by Action Home Services. Here are a few points. You can then decide whether you want to hire them for your project.

1. Several screws were sticking out of the fence boards
2. The garden bed was not square
3. Many fence boards were cracked
4. Screws were missing in the fence boards
5. They laid down the polymeric sand on a windy day which blew everywhere and caked onto the patio stones which ended ruining it by leaving a foggy white substance
6. The fence posts are not square
7. Patio stones were defective
8. The company pushes you to write a review the day of and right after the job is completed. How many other reviews are like this? A companies quality of work shows in time, not one day after the job is completed.

John, you are a good guy, you really are but I'm sorry. There is no way I can give a perfect score with these major issues. You made us wait over two months to come back and correct the issues yourself which your workers couldn't do the first time. May this be a learning experience for you and your team. I do not recommend this company.

The contractors were on time, professional and meticulous. We are thrilled with our porch! John has excellent customer service skills. He addressed all of my questions and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.

I highly recommend Action Homes. They've done something we hadn't seen before with contractors. They started on time and finished early without any additional cost or surprise fees. Their crew was also very friendly and professional. We've never found ourselves pressured and they were always very welcoming and considered when we had questions along the project. They demonstrated very clearly that our happiness was their first concern.

We quote this service with ten companies but Action Homes was the one that took the most time to talk to us, without rushing and explained how the project was going to be done. They also had a very reasonable quote compared to the other companies.

After the recent winter season many of the interlock bricks in the front steps to our house were damaged (cracked or crumbling) which posed a safety hazard.

We received different estimates for the job and were not happy with either the timeline to get the job done or with the price quoted, so we decided to get yet another quote. We located Action Home Services using Google search and are happy we made the decision to have them do the job.

Within only a few days of contacting Action Home Services, the job was completed, timely, efficiently and for the amount of the estimate we received.

The company’s Operations Manager was very professional and polite. We know ours was a small project, compared to others the company handles, yet the attention we got from him, made us feel important. Eugene, we commend you on taking your time to answer questions, return calls and text messages, and you did it all in a timely manner which helped to alleviate our concerns.
Knowing that we work non-standard hours, Action Home Services went the extra mile. We went to work in the morning with broken steps and received a text with beautiful pictures of the repaired steps. They even followed up with us well into the evening to make sure everything was addressed since we were not on site when the job was done.
