Fence post popping up in less than a year

They installed fence summer time, after first winter, the fence post started to popped up. We tried to contact them but no response. Now, we need all our fence to be fixed.
If you have your fence installed by this company, check if the post is not popping up. They did not dig deep enough for the post.

We don't believe we received any messages regarding this. We always build our fences to code at 4 feet deep. Posts can pop out, out of our control due to major moisture or other elements. We always honor our 2 year warranty and check messages regularly.
