My experience with Air Point was excellent - from dealing with Katerina in the office on information, to the initial consult with Michael on options to replace a rooftop 2 ton unit, to the installation by Vadym and Sasha. My installation was not an easy one as it is on the roof of my 3 story century townhome but the team was very careful, laying out drop-cloths on the entire path to the back balcony and bringing in extra help to get the unit up the stairs and onto the roof, without any damage to walls. The premises were left spotless and Vadym even offered to vacuum. I don't think the experience could have been better and I would not hesitate to recommend Air Point.

On Friday my furnace was gone, and I had no heat at home. The same day, the Air Point sent the team to me. Four guys worked hard for six hours and did a great job. They were vey knowledgeable, skilled, polite and friendly. I would strongly recommend the Air Point to anyone.

I have been using Air Point since 2018. They have been doing bi-annual HVAC maintenance for me and that gives me a lot of comfort knowing that an expert is looking after my entire system. Greg is my favourite tech. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is pro-active in his maintenance service, fixing any potential problems before they become major issues. Greg is easy to talk to, always cheerful and courteous. Such a delight to work with.

Another good service company in our neighborhood.
Clean, professional licensed technicians came to my house and did magic. They did an excellent job replacing my water tank, furnace, and AC.
Oleg explained the terms clearly and answered all my questions about the process and models that I was getting, to include its warranties. The deal was sealed.
Reasonably priced, they were my first choice in compressing to few other companies that I considered.
Technicians Vadim and Sasha showed up on time and did excellent work in removing old units and replacing them with new ones without damaging my home by protecting my floors and being careful around the corners when carrying the equipment.
They both demonstrate excellent coordination and teamwork.
Even Greg (technician that saved me several times in the past) paid us a visit to check how work was going. Greg explained to me the pros and cons of Nest vs Eco bee thermostat. Due to wiring in my house Ecobee thermostat was a way to go.
I am happy with the job that was done and looking forward to having them 24h on standby just in case and if/when needed.
