I needed to replace the old furnace in my home for years. Finally after doing some research into contractors, I found Oleg from Air Point. From the moment he began speaking to my family and I, it was evident that this was a man who enjoyed doing what he was doing and was extremely well versed in all the aspects of his trade. He took the time to explain everything, without it being a seminar filled with jargon that we did not understand. NO checking his phone or watch, no pressure tactics, just real care and enthusiasm for his work. Agreed upon a furnace and an installation date. Work was started and completed on the agreed day. All the work was done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. The Air Point team showed a great deal of respect to my home and family. After the installation was complete, I arranged to have them come back in a few days to clean the ductwork in the house. The same punctuality, care, and efficiency that was shown through the furnace installation was again shown in the duct cleaning. I am very satisfied with their service. My A/C broke when it was 42 degrees outside. They came at same day, did the assessment for free of charge and in couple of hours installers came and install the new A/C. Very fairly priced and responsible staff. I would recommend them to all my friends if the need the service!

Oleg came to my house last minute. He squeezed me in when I called in the evening and made it to my house within an hour! He was an absolute pleasure to deal wit. Not only was he professional but he was also extremely knowledgeable and so kind. My new unit was installed the following morning! The workers were at my house at 8:00 a.m. on time. They were extremely professional, answered all my questions, and were so clean. They did not leave one little spec of dirt. I have never before experienced such an easy and quick purchase/installation.

Air point does twice a year regular maintenance for our heating and air.
This time was different as we had a serious issue with our air conditioning.
Oleg rushed right over even though it was before the weekend and he was going away. He took care of everything. We feel lucky to have such great care.

My husband and I moved to a renovated house - we noticed a cold draft coming from the stove hood in the basement kitchen. As well, both exhaust pipes were not properly insulated. We called Oleg who came out at looked at them and gave us an estimate as the incorrect exhaust vents had been installed. His team came out, insulated the exhaust pipes and replaced vents with the correct vents. They also put a vent cover on our dryer exhaust (which was under a large porch). We found them very helpful, professional in contrast to many HVAC companies (who don't even reply to requests). We would definitely use them again for any other HVAC needs we might have. Highly recommend.
