I arrived home to a temp of 63% in our house. I called Oleg the owner of Air Point who promptly sent a technician round who spent one hour cleaning and servicing my furnace. It was my own fault as I hadn’t changed the filter and my furnace couldn’t breath so the pilot light went out. Greg cleaned and serviced and changed the filter and when He was leaving I asked him what the cost of which he replied no charge. Even for one hours work. I gave Greg a nice tip and thanked him then later Oleg for their great and honest service. I would recover d Air Point to anyone including for a great deal on our furnace. Tony Burnett. Thornhill
