Our project was a garage roof.

1/ They replied promptly to our initial inquiry.
2/ Liam walked us through options for our project.
3/ Together with their quote, they provided a nice package that detailed not just the scope of the proposed work and material samples but also their credentials and information about past projects.
4/ They responded to e-mails within a reasonable period of time.
5 / When they could not make contact by telephone, they e-mailed as well.
6 / They completed the job very quickly and efficiently with a crew of 3 even though it was a small project.
7 / They cleaned up nicely.
8 / They were pleasant.

Our project was small but they still treated us as valued customers. And the roof looks just fine.
