You not only amazed us with your quick response to set up a quote and provide information to us, but you also put in a strong effort throughout the process. The time, effort and attention to detail was remarkable. We appreciated your quick response as our old roof had a leak in the bathroom and upon arriving to check out the issue and provide a quote, you quickly found that our bathroom exhaust fan was not properly vented to the roof, but instead only vented into the attic. You assured us that you would be able to correct this when replacing our roof, and did just that by extending the venting through the attic to the roof and installing a roof vent for the fan. You also made sure to show us any issues that you identified when replacing the roof (rotten plywood, etc.) before performing the fix. You kept us informed every step of the way by showing us pictures and the old materials that were damaged. We also appreciated your professionalism by leaving our property very clean after you completed the job.
