The labour and parts were covered by LG. Craig helped me with getting my warranty approved. Craig arrived right on time and wore a mask due to the Covid pandemic. He was very courteous and even removed his shoes. He finished his repair in only one hour. Set the TV back up and did a final test. He explained everything he had done to my fullest satisfaction. Cleaned up and was gone. Very nice gentleman to chat with. I would highly recommend Picture Perfect to anyone. Just want to say THANKS Craig. You can bet that I’ll be keeping your card on file.
