Dan picked up when I called and we scheduled a site visit for the very next day. He arrived on time and was professional and diligent in evaluating the wall we wanted to remove. Not only did he make sure that the wall could be opened but he gave us thoughtful pointers and advice about things we should be careful of during the process. He then issued a letter (on site!) stating which wall was/wasn't a bearing wall (to fulfill the strata requirement). Dan was efficient, effective, and easy to work with. I had tried two other engineering companies before him and they made us run around getting plans before they would even come to the site. Thank you Dan!
