I used hammer T about three to four years ago to do my master bathroom, I wish I didn’t but then again am glad I only did one washroom with them. Ever since they fixed my bathroom we have had leaks non stop. I spend $15,000 for a bathroom that has been leaking non stop. Now I have paid another $6000 for the leak to be fixed by another company . All this time I called the owner of hammer t to come and fix our new bathroom but every time he come with his guy they siliconed the bathroom and said it’s working . Then after, we go back to the same leaking story over and over again. We asked him to break the bathroom floor and fix the leak but this man was not willing to spend his on money to fix his mess. The leak damaged our kitchen sealing and the closet next to the bathroom.
Also , all his cheap bathroom faucet and gadgets he installed are all broken and some are rusting already, so that had to be replaced. The toilet he installed has also been removed, only to find out that his plumber did not use the standard measurements. So be warned, use this company at your own risk. So yes I used this useless company and I do regret, worst mistake of my life.
