Family business, Dad, two brothers. Talk a good story with lot's of tiny pictures on his phone, given my job I am sure they didn't do any of them. Dropped names of many high end Customers. I recommend you demand to go to sites and interview owners. They stared project months behind. Most weeks worked 1 or two days. Didn't listen to what we wanted. Did design as he wanted, even after we stopped him and restated what we wanted. Showed us catalog of products , then switched products. Of course what he used cost more. Promised he would use his lot for staging, this was a differentiation from other Contractors he said. Then he used the street and boulevard which resulted in complaint to the city and notices of violation from the city to remove all material within 24hrs. Then Construction was stopped by the City, he didn't get a building permit.
Many things they missed in the design and quote were extra. Workmanship was substandard and much had to be redone. They may need to invest in a square. Reaction to any criticism of workmanship resulted in Victor throwing a tantrum, screaming and yelling. Promised to finish project in spring. Never came back. Left a big mess. My neighbors were complaining and calling the town. I had to hire someone else to clean it up.

If you are considering this Contractor I would suggest you proceed with caution. Have a very detailed contract, not the vague thing he presents. Make sure you have quality holdback in the contract that only gets paid in full when work is satisfactory. Penalties if the work is not completed by date. They work 1 or 2 days a week, really who does that?
