Our deals are for a Standard, Basic Clean. If your carpets furniture, or furnace systems are just a little bit soiled then you would be a suitable candidate for our specials. If your carpets are heavily soiled, have lots of stains, or have pet issues then you would need to pay more as you would likely need a heavy pre-treatment and other more specialized processes. Likewise, if your furnace has not been cleaned in quite some time then your system is more likely to be heavily contaminated and an extra charge per vent may apply.
