This is second time I am getting windows done by Window Mart in Harvest Hills Calgary. What a great experience. Daria and Ivan gave me best deals both time. Great customer service and honest recommendations. Good quality and best prices too. I highly recommend Window Mart for any of your windows or door project.

We had a very good experience with Ivan, who very professionally presented Windowmart products, provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision for changing the windows of our place. Furthermore, thanks to that, we made a decision to go with changing the windows of our entire duplex.

Am writing to express my satisfaction and appreciation with Window Mart's products and customer service. Ivan, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and never pushy. Answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly. There was a bit of a hold up from the time of purchase to installation, but the office - Daria in particular, was always in touch to let me know what was happening. The installer, Tomas, did his job professionally and as quickly and thoroughly as possible, definitely worth the wait. Window Mart provides an excellent product and backs it with superior customer service.

Mr. Ivan came to my house last year with a reasonable quote. He followed up with me for one year till I say yes to the project. He was very helpful and well mannered.. He arranged financing with reasonable interest.. Because of him only I was able to replace all our windows and doors. Good luck to window mart for keeping such a nice person in their company.

Our experience with Ivan from Window Mart windows and doors was fantastic. We learned a lot about windows in general as his presentation was excellent. He was on time, courteous, and presented himself well. The price was competitive and we were happy with the overall service.

Company is very friendly. They will tell you the benefits of using their materials vs. other competing companies. Their package deals are great and are well worth the quality. Try to get Ivan to quote your windows for you. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly shows the quality of their windows. We are replacing our windows of our house in Arbour Lake and we are lucky to meet Ivan because he is patient in demonstrating the advantages of Windows Mart product.

Called them and Ivan came to give me the quote. It was a fair quote and assured me quick installation. Very pleasant fellow and a pleasure to do business with. We had Ivan from Window Mart come by our house to do a quote for us today in Killarney. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We decided to go with Window Mart as our window supplier for our renovations.

Our home in Killarney needed 8 original basement windows replaced. We contacted Window Mart who sent Ivan to talk about the project with us, detail the Window Mart product and provide a quotation. After a week reviewing the quote and requesting some changes Ivan returned and provided an updated quotation onsite that was within the project budget. Ivan was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous throughout which made the process pleasant.

Ivan came to my home in Greenview in the evening to take measurements. I was very happy not to miss work to get this part out of the way.

I found Ivan to be very knowledgeable and understanding. I was a little overwhelmed by the options and information but Ivan guided me through the process. He gave me enough information to make an informed decision on my own. He also had great samples to see and feel the products and options for myself.

I was also VERY happy to receive an on site quote. All the decision have been made, I have seen the numbers and my windows are on their way. I am very excited.
