Full main floor reno - Great experience with the Deltar Team
Great experience with Darrell and the team at Deltar Construction. We embarked on a major main floor renovation and the team at Deltar delivered a high quality product, on time and on budget.
The project scope included the entire main floor of our home, including the removal of load bearing walls, installation of new ceiling, walls, and flooring throughout, plumbing and HVAC changes, electrical work and a new kitchen. Deltar provided a detailed project schedule up front, and I was impressed with their ability to stick to it. Each of the trades (plumbing, electrical, tile, etc) were friendly and trustworthy. When minor issues came up, because they inevitably will with any major renovation, they were handled professionally and fairly.
Along the way Darrell made it clear how decisions we were making were impacting the overall budget, ensuring there were no last minute surprises.
We're so happy with the end result. Would use Deltar again and would recommend.
