Chicasa is truly the best renovation company in Toronto. They are honest, knowledgeable and very professional. I’ve dealt with a number of different companies both for my home and apartment renovations over the years, but I got the best service from these guys. My basement reno went without a hitch and as planned. They have a huge selection of material and they can accommodate your budget. Thanks Ali and Mo for your dedication and professionalism. The space is small and a lot of things had to be done. Two bathrooms renovated into two bathrooms and a full size laundry in the same space. I'm not satisfied because I settled for a change of design because of space and size. All in all it is a lovely Reno end result. This picture is of the upstair bathroom. I really like my main floor bathroom the most.

We are overall very satisfied with Chicasa's renovation work on our basement. We needed a new bathroom and furnace in the basement and wanted a high end, modern and clean finish to the entire space. They delivered on all these items and more. The team was always professional, courteous and accommodating during the project.

Chicasa Design completed my hair salon renovation. Great deal of work was done and the results are phenomenal. Make sure you meet with Ali in advance a few times to tell him what designs you like. Their designer is really professional too.

Small bathroom project 4-5 weeks.

Project management:
No written time line, or labour plan. They seemed to be overwhelmed with oher project. Often working half days or not at all. This had direct result on inflating the total construction time by more then double. Additional, work was not scheduled in a standard pattern tile was completed before drywall. Cutting corners by not stripping the bathroom to the stud (per the detailed scope) resulted in quality issues in drywall and trim install.
Quality:
Drywall and trim install is uneven, shower faucet had chrome stripped during install. Chipped tiles installed.
Generally seemed overwhelmed.

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Chicasa Design. I live in the downtown Toronto area and was looking for a reliable team of experts who could finish the job on time and not exceed my budget. Fortunately, I found the right company! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new master bathroom. Ali and Mo took on our project after we were left hanging by another contractor who failed to finish the project. I will speak to their professional work below, but I want to first say that they are truly wonderful human beings. It was genuinely a pleasure to have them work for us. Unlike some other contractors, Ali and Mo were always on site. The fact that they either did the work or directly oversaw other tradespeople meant there was never an issue. They treated the work like it was their own home. They were also always prepared with materials so there was never an unplanned down period in the work. The quality of their work was exceptional. In fact, it might be the only time I have had a contractor do work that hasn't even had a single issue arise. Everything was done right and nothing was missed. I never felt I had to play the 'general contractor' role myself or had to tell them anything. Any they regularly communicated, which was refreshing. They were also clean and removed their debris and trash regularly. To top it off, they price their work fairly. Great people doing great work. I will hire them again.

Ali and Mo were wonderful and always made sure I was satisfied throughout the project! They are great at what they do, give helpful suggestions and have an eye for design. My place looks incredible thanks to all their hard work!

Hands down the best renovation company in Toronto! I can't express how happy I am with my new kitchen. I shopped around for a long time until I found Chicasa Design. These guys are the most professional contractors I have seen. They gave me the most reasonable price with the best quality (Unlike other companies that don't guarantee quality). I had a great experience working with Chicasa Design to build my dream kitchen. They were so patient with me and my picky husband and helped us get what wanted. We went to their showroom and picked the highest quality custom cabinetry for our kitchen (their selection is huge with lots of European styles; I haven't seen anything like it). They also painted the entire main floor and installed beautiful pot lights. I am so happy and would definitely hire them again for my basement renovation.
