On first contact by phone, Drew asked good questions and offered options for tiles for a small basement apartment bathroom. When he understood what I wanted, he had many suggestions for tiles, came soon after to look at the bathroom and promptly sent a quote. It may have been a bit high, but I felt that it would be worth it as it was promised to be done soon. Sam got in touch and the job was done a week later and took a day. Sam stayed with the tiler, Vincent, helping him through the very hot day to make sure all could get done in good time. It was a small job, but I felt well taken care of with updates and little consults throughout. Everyone involved was pleasant and helpful. Thanks!
