We were in need of replacing our windows which were decades old and our back door which had been previously vandalized.
Alex came to our home to provide us with the quote. He was very thorough at showcasing the windows and he patiently addressed all questions and concerns. He really helped to put us at ease with starting this project.
Communication with staff throughout was prompt.
Installation was efficient and thorough, and staff were very responsive to our concerns.

the replacement of our windows went really well, and the guys had to deal with the fact that they were installing in a log home which definitely added some challenges.

I would recommend this company to anyone . Alex was very good when he did the estimate and really listened to what we wanted. Andre and Alex were also excellent and did a great job and were also very friendly. They explained ad demonstrated how everything worked. There was one minor error but was taken care of immediately.

Finally a fabulous window company that has outstanding customer service and pride for their work! Alex Gossen was very informative and made the process of buying so easy. The men who installed were personable, professional and did an excellent job in a timely manner. When our old window came out and rot was exposed the installers went over and above to ensure it was taken care of. They cleaned as they worked and didn't destroy anything including my flowerbed. When the job was finished they made sure we were happy and let us know if we happen upon any problems to not hesitate to call them. I love our beautiful new window and would highly recommend this company. Outstanding!!

We had Northern Windows and Doors change our basement windows. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Their products are of high quality. It's been more than a year and they still look brand new, plus they are very easy to clean. I would highly recommend them.
