All summer I’d seen yellow jackets (wasps) coming and going into the house through a small hole next to the copper pipe that leads to the connector for the hose. The exterminator came the day I called, explained exactly what he was going to do and how the approved powder would work. He put on a protective suit and inserted the powder (that would remove the yellow jackets by the next day). I haven’t seen a yellow jacket since then. He called twice to make sure that I hadn’t seen more, and then called to tell me when it was safe to cement over the hole. Excellent customer service as well as fixing the problem quickly and professionally
