I don't even know where to begin. Winmar was sent by our insurance company (I have no idea why they use them after reading the other reviews). There was a fire in our condo and they came and removed all the contents. When the fire damage was cleaned up we were told they would deliver our contents. It took weeks to receive a respond from them and then they said they were delayed because the project manager was "on vacation." When they finally scheduled a date they didn't show! Fast forward to FINALLY receiving our contents back. At least half of our items were damaged. Clothes were ruined, valuable glass/crystal items broken, furniture scratched and the list goes on. After contacting our insurance company Winmar FINALLY sent someone to review the damaged items and assured us we would hear back from them within a week. It's been over a month and they're still ignoring us. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional horrible, horrible service. We will not stop until we get all our items back repaired or the value of our contents.
