My family recently had our basement renovated and I have to say, it was an amazing transformation! The team at Only Basements were great to work with. They helped us with the design and drawings we need for underpinning permit to increase the height of our basement as the original height was barley 6 feet. The impact of the underpinning was beyond what I expected! We have slightly over 8 ft now so Im very pleased with how it turned out. Our project manager Ray worked hard to ensure the job was done on time and with attention to detail. I also appreciate the good communication he provided. The finishing team took over after underpinning was completed. They were very quick, efficient, and punctual. The Flooring and carpentry was also done beautifully. Overall a great experience and we extremely recommend them!
