Tree Care Specialists

We met with someone from Tree Care Specialists and told them what we needed, trim a couple of trees that were too far over neighbours areas/houses and over hydro/phone lines as well as check for sick branches over our backyard. They showed up while we were out and trimmed the tree totally over our backyard, didn't do the areas over the neighbours and hydro/phone lines. We complained, they tried to argue that you can only complain within two days of the job, we argued and eventually talked them down to half of the payment. We were still out to pay for a job that we didn't want done and a total failure to do the job we did want done.

They weren't good at keeping me informed about when the work would be done. When I called they scheduled the job for a few days after that. The job was done as planned and took even less time than expected. They took care not to damage surroundings and did a reasonably good job of cleaning up the area before leaving. I was pleased with the work done but felt they should improve their office procedures to better keep their customer informed on their plans and how they want to recieve final payment, etc
