had issue with furnace after hours, rep (Jessie), came out, fixed the issue, explained some preventive maintenance to prevent issue from recurring-no rep has ever taken the time to explain these issues- Jessie was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and certainly very understanding and reassuring to the stress that this issue created for us.
