Early January 2019 we had a flood at one of our rental properties. I called Lemarg for assistance with this emergency, and I’m so glad I did. A few Years ago, we had the same scenario. However, the entire experience was a nightmare. I was pleasantly surprised when things were done immediately and without significant issues. I was honestly expecting to deal with another nightmare.
