Two nice gentlemen arrived to replace the wheel section on the upper rack. They thought they were only here to inspect the dishwasher, but I had requested repair. But they jumped on it and got it done. The parts had been ordered and were at hand and they did the work in no time. In fact, they inquired about all my Kenmore appliances and warned me that my dryer might need to be cleaned due to lint buildup inside. The dryer has been in place for at least 7 years and never serviced so I elected to have it done. I will set a reminder to contact Same day appliance repair about future cleanings. I was very pleased with the service, and didn't mind the upsell at all. I would have tipped them but found my wallet short that day.
