Called with a malfunctioning KitchenAid fridge. Had the service technician in he told me he would have an solution in about 10 minutes, that was true, he had diagnosed the main bard to be faulty and he was able to go and come back with the part to complete the repair for us. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and quality work. Will definitely get my business again, and I would recommend them to anyone.
