I had Tom come by to give me a quote and he happened to be the 5th company to come over for a quote. He was significantly cheaper on price in comparison. I chose some of the best shingles out there and still was cheaper than most. Tom reassured me of everything by providing me the business registration, proof of insurance and certefication. I had a small visual shingle that was very slightly out of line and he came the next day to fix it and all he said was "no problem, I just want you to be happy" and that I am. Tom is the owner of the company and he works all day long with his team and make sure everything is perfect. Small company and he truly appreciates every piece of business and looks after it with heart.
Needless to say two houses to my right and one on my left and one down the street all used Promise roofing.
We are all extremely happy and the best part is that we have better shingles than the big guys and the workmanship is better. We were lucky enough to compare side by side.
