Richard came to quote what was intended to be a small job, relocating a few Duct lines in our basement as part of a larger basement renovation were in the middle of.
Right away, he came and identified a few easy fixes that would help solve the problems we identified. But we also mentioned to him some concerns we had with air-flow to the second floor of our old (~90 year old) house. While doing this work was not in our original scope of project, Richard gave us some great advice as to how we could fix the problem and greatly increase the air flow to make it much more comfortable in summer and winter.
Based on his advice we decided to go ahead with the larger project and we are thrilled that we did.
Richard's team came in to start working only a few days after they initially came to quote and worked quickly, efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. They reduced impact to our main and second floors as much as possible (dirt, dust, noise...etc) and at the end of the day we have seen a huge improvement to the comfort of our second level.
We are extremely satisfied with the work they have done also just how helpful and nice Richard was to deal with. The price they gave us was really a great value for the work we accomplished and we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to do future projects.
