Front room windows

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

The manager and people working on my windows.We're very friendly. However , when they came to install my Huge front Room windows There was no helper for the worker He was by himself so I ended up being the helper to Install the 3 huge windows in my front room. I thought there maybe should be some kind of compensation on price. But in all it was a good job

Denton's helper had called in sick that day and he was supposed to call the office for us to send another staff member to help set the windows into the opening. I will make sure that when you go to replace more windows in your home, that we will look at doing an extra discount for you. I had a cracked window . Phone Alpine came over
took measurements . Phoned me back a day later gave a couple of options. I picked one about six weeks later came over and installed window looks great very professional thanks for the good work.

I got new windows!

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Fort St. John

I got 2 new windows installed in the house I bought because they were very old and drafty in the winter. The glaziers did a fantastic job, very quickly and efficiently. The new windows look great and will help keep my home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Great customer service. Would recommend Alpine Glass for all your glass and window needs.

Amazing staff and service. JEN goes above and beyond with customer service when It came to order parts for my repair. I highly recommend the staff for their friendly service and quality work. The use of the courtesy car was an extra plus. Can not thank them enough.

Highly recommend

Fort St. John

This is the second time Ive had work completed by Alpine (FSJ) and if I had more Id hire them again, no hesitation. From Rick who worked with me on options and setting up a install date to Denton & his apprentice, I received the best service. Big shoutout to Denton and his apprentice (sorry dude I forgot to ask your name) for completing the install during a brutal heat wave, working in full Sun with no complaint!!
So happy with the bay window, looks amazing!

Perfect from start to finish

Basement Renovation review in Fort St. John

From the initial quote to finished install everything was 100% perfect. All staff were professional, quiet, courteous and really nice. Sarah's finishing touches on our trim were above and beyond what I expected. I couldn't be happier with our new windows and doors.

Excellent window and door replacement

Alpine came out within days of requesting a quote for replacing our large picture windows and patio door, gave us several quotes with different options, and committed to the cost of the estimate. They were happy to be flexible when I needed to reschedule the installation by a week. The team that came out to do the work was friendly and professional, they did a fantastic job of the fit and finish and left the place spotless.
