We hired Avant Garde to clean our house for leasing - top to bottom - walls, floors, cabinets, indoor windows, carpets and fabric furniture. They did a fantastic, professional job. We paid extra to have our carpets and furniture cleaned; of course costs will vary with the type of cleaning you need, how big your space is, and how many rooms are involved.
