When I first placed an inquiry for a quote, Jorge came by personally and provided a fair quote after walking me around the entire house to explain exactly what his team would do.

Jorge and his team provided fantastic service to re-seal all of the windows and exterior doorways at our home. They were friendly, professional and worked very quickly.

They also went above and beyond by resealing our exterior water connections and helping us install new exhaust vent covers.

Vemex Caulking re-caulked all of my doors, windows, exhaust vents, electrical and gas service entrances and hose bibs. They also repainted all of my steel lentils and washed my windows. I have done caulking with Vemex back in January due to leak in between my windows.
Person who came did very good job.
Then couple month later, I see leak again but much less.
My friend checked and realized maybe side caulking needs to be done too. Then I contacted Jorge again.
It was right when Pandemic started and he told me his company is closing due to Covid. So I told him to contact me when he opens again.
But maybe this job is too small for him.... No reply to my text.
I am very disappointed.
I even contacted him again last week by phone and sent him all the photos again.
But....no reply....
If you do not want to do the job, just say it. It's fine.
At least you can be honest.
I have sent him pictures of the area that I want caulking....but no reply.
No quote....nothing....
