The windows needed new caulking. They removed the old caulking and filled it with new material. Windows were also cleaned. They worked very efficiently and left everything very clean.

I had Vemex caulk 12 windows at my home. They were not able to remove my old caulking without damaging my aluminum capping, so they caulked over it with a wider bead. Workmanship is great and crew is friendly. I finally did a quick inspection and they really use a quality silicone caulk and push it in to all the openings. Found a couple empty caulking tubes and caps left behind on the property but besides this they did a good job!

The work was completed quickly and looks so much nicer than before. Really adds to the appeal when looking from the street and approaching the house.

Veronica followed up to schedule our work and Jorge and team were punctual. They introduced themselves and asked if we had a preference for work starting at front or side of house. I had found Veronica online and was in need of some caulking as I had just had another company do an exterior stucco install. Our home needed all windows recaulked due to condensation and drafts. Veronica from Vemex came to discuss the work required and price. She was very professional and easy to deal with. Upon agreeing to the work Veronica was very responsive in communications to setup the the work date (date had to be rescheduled due to bad weather) and subsequent follow up. The work team too was professional and polite. The work appeared very good, neat and clean. They also did some paint touch up which was unexpected. Highly recommend Vemex!
