Have been using this company for several years - they came in for my annual maintenance and inspection and found a coolant leak in the air conditioner. That required a return visit - the technician was terrific. Gave very professional advice and was focused on being cost effective for me, rather than trying to push me into the most expensive option. I have been with this company for several years and highly recommend them.

Temperature in house started going during a very hot period. Summers & Smith provided severl options. One was their same day after hours urgnet service. Available technician called back and could come in 10 minutes. Asked questions to understadn what we were experiencing, zeroed in quickly and diagnosed the issue which could be fixed on the spot which he did promptly. The temperature started coming down over the next few hours. The AC unit is aging and he advised what to look for and the typical costs to repair depending what breaks down. Extremely happy with responsiveness, service and advise.

Pool heater was not working and we arranged for Summers & smith to fix the heater and do regular maintenance on the furnace A/C.
They moved up the appointment to get the heater working so we could use the pool earlier and showed up on time. It turns out the pool heater needed a new pilot/starter assembly. They re-arranged the schedule of the technician so he could go back to the shop and get the parts. He then came back, installed the new parts, got the heater going and did the regular service on the furnace at the same time.

We continue to receive great service from this firm. They installed our furnace five years ago and were the only firm we asked for a quote that identified a potentially dangerous situation with venting. That alone guaranteed our business! The service techs are pleasant and knowledgeable and their price to service is reasonable.

Over 20 years in Aurora Summers and Smith have serviced our A/C, furnace and fireplace. They are consistently on time, on budget, courteous and they clean up after their work.

We had a minor gas leak by the stove that was intermittent. However with some effort they found that the flex hose to the stove would leak only if it was in a certain position. They also found that the original install of the feed line was not quite right and should be corrected for the future. Careful team and kept covid protocols for our protection.

Kevin was very professional and took the time to understand our needs when quoting. Brad and Luc installed the furnace and a/c in a timely manner. They took the time to install a vent to take away the air in the family room and install a new condensate line from the furnace pump to the drain. Well done guys!

No flame in burner. Igniter not lighting.
Within 1.5 hours from call furnace working, no parts needed. Just when you thought customer service was a thing of the past.
