I was moving out of an old 3 storey house,storage shed,basement cellar workroom/storage/4 bedrooms 3 sundecks and 3 gardens after 35 years of residence!!!!I was piling items in my alley in 2 sections,one for the dump and one "help yourself-free".The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions on where and how to dispose items and came by regularly to load the trash and keep it under control,as well as taking my mattresses for disposal avoiding the rain. He also took many items to a local rerun store(lawn furniture,dressers and such)My quote is low because he was interested in antique pieces of furniture and I did a trade writing off labor and only paid for waste disposal fees.He saved me a lot of stress providing useful information and he and his workers worked quickly,always swept the alley of debris.He even dropped by on my moving day to remove last minute discards leaving the alley pristine for the new owners.It might seem trivial but I am 60,single and have a medical condition(disability income) and feel he was my Mighty Mouse come to save the day!!!!!!
