Terrible diagnosis and service

Les came on Jan 15 for warranty service and said nothing was wrong. When the problem persisted and he came back we needed a $140 part. That didnt fix it and we needed another $130 part. That didnt fix the problem either. Although he promised wed get our money back if that wasnt the issue, they refuse to return our calls. After 11 months. Yes eleven months, we finally got GE to agree to refund the machine, which we initially asked of KCL. Id never call on them again.
