My wife and I used To Do Done to get our rental unit ready for sale. Because we don’t live in Ottawa, we needed a contractor who could do it all. Our realtor recommended them. They were a one stop for the whole make-over of our condo. They removed carpet and installed new flooring throughout, painted all the walls, spruced up the kitchen with new cabinets, backsplash and counter, and gutted the bathroom. The place was transformed in 4 weeks. We spent just over $50K on the job. The original amount we were going to list our condo for was reassessed by our realtor after their work, and we put it up for $100K more, and it sold for over asking before it even hit the market!
The quality of workmanship was excellent, and we also loved the software system they used to keep us informed daily. They posted photos and kept us up to speed on progress. We were able to make decisions from a distance, and didn’t need to be there at all. We only wish we had a few more condos there to spruce up - we’d do that over and over with To Do Done.
