Tommy is a good talker and in the end his workmanship is unsatisfied. he had to borrow tools and wood product to do a forming. tried to lay cement over dirt without even excavating foundation to put down re bar or any type of reinforcement. promises to be at your location but always comes up with excuses and the blames the customer for his bad work habits. trying to find him to take him to court. His company is registered in London Ont. where he has don 2 jobs for family members and they post it on this site for great reviews but the truth is coming out he is a crappy contractor, he promised to return the deposit but like Tommy his word is like his workmanship not worth having him on property. For someone that clams to be in business for 15 yrs but only register his company this past February, I be very careful? why register his company in London and doing work in the Toronto Area... My advise DON'T HIRE 3 WAY Concrete company is taking money from others. Tommy I have a Summons for you to appear in small clams court... Let me know when your company is ready to appear. I'll be at 100 wonderland rd this week in London again see if you open the door and except your court paperwork

the finish on the driveway looks like they don't know what they are doing.... i have to pay another company to repair it and they left 400 pounds of concrete in my front yard and its still there and they won't answer my messages...

Company Response: If this client was honest and never been so disrectful maybe he wouldn't of been left with a little bit of cement in a dispose container . Job was done right maybe if he stopped cutting trees and stop things from blowing on top of the concrete at the end of his driveway. He had other contractors pour a previous job and it was all done wrong with a walkway grade below gargare floor and I did him a favour and made his driveway flow with the existing concrete Walkways. . When you do a favour it's always becomes a problem. And Paul be honest with the price. When u don't get your way this is how you react. paul stick to the truth I left the concrete,there letting you know llll would be back to clean pick it up... the next day resulted in me leaving it to wait. with a demanding threat to pick it up... as for the job you are kidding me you don't know wht is good because wht you had done last summer from someone else was a sad investment. you should be nice paul because your job was first coted for 600 sq feet but I gave you a 1000.

At first It was up in the air having 3way do the work I wanted. Being a new company and me as there first client I really didn't want to go with them but TOMMY reassured me with videos of him working with concrete tht I made up my mind...excellent excellent Workman's ship friendly staff of 4 so happy I used 3way concrete.they came in like pros and did everything and more tht was needed. Very organized crew one thing I can say TOMMY really know his work and knows what its takes for a job well done.
