Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend the Cactus Landscaping team. We are beyond thrilled with the final installation - it's even better than we could have imagined.

Timelines: After first reaching out via email, Kirill called me the next day and showed up that same morning for a site visit since he was nearby. His projected start date and timelines for completion all lined up with the actuals.

Communication: We asked a lot of questions and were quite detailed in our project requirements and Kirill was above and beyond responsive. Out of the gate he suggested we start up a group Whatsapp chat and he patiently (and quickly) always answered ALL our many, many questions and edits to the project scope to get to a final signing stage. He also gladly sent us the details of many projects right around our neighbourhood to go and review live on our own, including some that were a few years old. That gave us confidence in the quality of their work and that it would stand up well over time. Once the job started, Kirill was on top of things with us throughout. Edgar managed things onsite, stopping by often along with Kirill. They were very hands-on and available always were creative in suggesting smart pivots or new design ideas as things progressed that would enhance the project and respect our budget.

The Team: The whole crew worked HARD. They were reliable, punctual and considerate. Everyone is also a total professional and master of their trade between stone, wood and softscaping elements. The team kept things moving quickly and with the highest attention to quality and detail. They were all so respectful, to us, our four year old son (who would have watched and/or 'helped' all 12 hours a day if we'd let him), and our space. Each night, no matter how tired or late it was, they tidied the site up completely. It's clear they take great pride in their work.
